Return Policy (Free Returns)
You have the right to return your items within 14 calendar days from delivery, without giving any reason.
Return conditions.
- Items must be returned intact, unused, with all tags, and in the original packaging.
- The item must be packed in a strong cardboard box or in a Rigid Corrugated Cardboard Shipping Envelope, ensuring adequate protection against shocks and crushing. Since the kit is a fragile product, this packaging is required to guarantee that the return arrives safe and undamaged.
Return shipping. Return shipping is covered by us. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or instructions to send the package back free of charge.
Refunds. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
